With over two decades of HR expertise and leadership, Sunitha guides our global teams across India, US, APAC, and Middle East. Since joining Quess in January 2017, Sunitha has been the driving force behind our HR success, orchestrating talent strategies and driving organizational excellence.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, and a General Management Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Sunitha started her career at Wipro Limited where she dedicated 16 years at the company excelling in variety of roles across India and the Middle East, showcasing expertise in change management, organizational integration, talent strategy, cross-cultural sensitivity, and HR business partnering.

Sandeep has a rich and varied experience of over 30 years in the Recruitment & Staffing, Telecom, and IT sectors. He has a deep understanding of both contingent and permanent recruitment solutions and has an exemplary track record of driving growth in recruitment and staffing solutions across the Middle East and APAC regions. His experience and expertise have positively impacted Quess, making it a global leader in recruitment and staffing vertical.
Before joining Quess, Sandeep has worked in leadership roles with market-leading recruitment solution firms like Manpower, IBM Kenexa, Pontoon, and Korn Ferry Futurestep, covering MEA and APAC markets. Sandeep holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.

Meet Mr. Veera, Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation & Staffing Solutions: With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Veera has co-founded ventures invested and acquired by giants like the NYC Government, BMW and Airpush, subsequently incubating Heptagon Technologies Private Limited into a key player in India’s Digital Consulting & Product Engineering sector. Now driving transformative initiatives at Quess Corp as the Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation & Staffing Solutions, his expertise as a Product Transformation Specialist and passion as an AI Evangelist are propelling the company forward, solidifying its position as a leader in the digital realm.

Daniele Pedrazzoli has more than 28 years of reinsurance, insurance and banking industry experience. Trained as an Underwriter he led Finance and Operations with Fortune 500 companies (Swiss Re, QBE, Liberty Mutual) and Start-up companies (Ironshore). During his International career he designed and executed on complex strategic Operating model and technology transformation Programs. He also managed delivery initiatives focused on automating processes, rolling out new systems, creating data and organizational structures to support growth, integrating post-merger acquisitions and executing on sourcing strategies.
Daniele holds an MBA from University of Chicago and a BA in Economics and International trade from Fribourg University (Switzerland). He is passionate about innovation, artificial intelligence and new technology and serves in advisory boards of fintech/insurtech startups.
President, Global Technology Solutions
Pinaki Kar is the President of our Global Technology Solutions business and spearheads the IT Services & Staffing business, Business Process Management, and Customer Life Cycle management across India, US, Canada, and Singapore. Pinaki has over 24 years of experience in the industry and has an exemplary track record of driving growth in Global Technology Services. Pinaki worked at Zensar Technologies before joining Quess, where he was the President & Chief Executive of Infrastructure Management and Cloud Solutions.
Before that, he was the CEO & President of Wipro Infocrossing, where he executed a gamut of roles spanning P&L Leadership, Geography Head, Sales & Marketing, M&A, and Corporate Development and Strategy. Pinaki holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University and a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur. He was the keynote speaker in leading industry forums like Gartner Summit and IDC Conclave. He has also represented the Indian IT Industry as a member of the Prime Minister’s business delegation during the then PM’s state visit.

Lohit has 25+ years of experience in Textiles, Auto Components, and Services. He focuses on product/services, sales, and business development. Currently President of Quess’ Workforce Management, he joined in 2011 as GM Sales for Staffing. Lohit serves on the Executive Board of ISF, representing 100+ staffing companies in India since 2018. Elected President for a second term (2022-2024) at ISF, he engages with industry leaders, employers, and the Government to develop staffing in India and formalize the workforce. An influential speaker, Lohit has appeared at ASU GSV 2019, UNICEF’s Yuwaah launch, and ISF conferences nationwide.
Executive Director and Group CEO
Guru is the Executive Director and Group CEO of the company. A founding member, Guru was the fourth employee of the company. He has more than 25 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at GE Health, Hewitt Associates and People One Consulting. Guru is a Stanford Ignite Graduate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, in addition to having a Master’s in Business Administration.
